What's my IP
Show the public IP address seen for this browser and a city-level location guess.

Details
Press Look up to see the public address this browser is using, plus a city-level guess from that address. The guess is not GPS. A VPN, a mobile carrier, or an office network moves it. Tools_On_Tab does not save the address.

Limits
Location is a database guess from the IP, not GPS. A VPN, mobile carrier, or office network moves the pin. The address is not saved on Tools_On_Tab.

Steps
1. Press Look up.
2. Read the address, the network, and the city guess.
3. Treat the map pin as approximate.

Questions
Is this my home address?
No. It is a city or region tied to the public IP, often the ISP or VPN exit.

Do you store it?
No. The lookup goes to ipwho.is and the result stays on this page.

Why a different city?
IP location databases are often wrong by a city or more.
