CSV to Excel
Turn a CSV into an .xlsx file, or the first sheet of an .xlsx file into CSV.

Details
Turn a CSV into an Excel file, or the first sheet of an Excel file into CSV. Formulas are written as the values stored in the file. They are not recalculated. Only one sheet is used, old .xls files are skipped, and the write stops at 5,000 rows.

The download uses the first worksheet only.

Do formulas run?
No. The cell value stored in the file is copied.

Nothing is uploaded. Closing the tab drops the file.
The sheet is converted in the tab.
